Priyanka Chopra hooks Nick Jonas

First, the 36-years-old Bollywood cum Hollywood actress Priyanka Chopra flaunted her ‘engagement ring’, then, her 25 years-old boyfriend-cum-singer Nick Jonas’ parents arrived in Mumbai and now, if the photos could speak, it’s pretty much confirmed that they are officially engaged.

Nick Jonas arrived with his parents on Friday evening for the special occasion. The parents were spotted holding a tiffany bag with special gift for their daughter in law. The roka ceremony will be followed by a special party where a lot of Bollywood celebrities are likely to participate in it. Some of celebrities who will be present are Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Mukesh Ambani, Karan Johar, Raveena Tandon and Manish Malhotra.

The marriage date is still not declared and Nick and his family will fly back after the ceremony and Priyanka Chopra will resume her shooting for The Sky is Pink. The actress has taken a break from the shoot for her special day.

The East West love story began when Priyanka Chopra met Nick Jonas at the Met Gala party.

Nick Jonas had reportedly proposed to Priyanka Chopra on her birthday when they were vacationing in London. As seems clear by the way things are going with both the stars, we should hope to see them married soon!

APC youths burn down police station in Akwa Ibom

Angry APC youths have burnt down the Divisional Police Station in Okobo Local Government Area (LGA) of Akwa Ibom State, while they protested the alleged imposition of candidate and hijacking of materials by the party officials in connivance with security agents. Cameroon legend Samuel Eto'o donates to former captain Norbert Owona

Cameroonian legend, Samuel Eto’o has reportedly donated funds to the former captain of the Indomitable Lions, Norbert Owona who has been homeless and sick. According to several reports, Owona became very broke, sick and homeless after he lost his family in an accident. He appealed to the government of Cameroon for help but his request was not granted. But thanks to Samuel Eto'o who has come to the aid of the poverty-stricken former captain. He paid him a visit during his recent trip to Cameroon and donated the sum of 500,000FCFA. It was also reported that the UEFA Champions League winner also promised to give him a brand new house. Owona played several years for the Cameroonian national team and represented the Indomitable Lions in two Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournaments.
