Real Madrid signs Chelseas Thibaut


   Real Madrid have completed the transfer of Thibaut Courtois from Chelsea fc for the price of €36 million, the former blues player had been in contact with Real Madrid while the world cup was going on, after the competition ended he said he didn't know what the future held but all he knew was that where he goes Hazard comes along.

 But Chelsea as expected were not ready to easily part with their no 1 goal keeper, Thibaut had less than a year left on his contract and easily forced his move to Madrid by refusing to resume training with the rest of the Chelsea squad, a move that has left the Chelsea fans angry at him however the blue fans will have temporary consolation in the fact that the deal supposedly includes a one year loan deal for Kovakic.

APC youths burn down police station in Akwa Ibom

Angry APC youths have burnt down the Divisional Police Station in Okobo Local Government Area (LGA) of Akwa Ibom State, while they protested the alleged imposition of candidate and hijacking of materials by the party officials in connivance with security agents. Cameroon legend Samuel Eto'o donates to former captain Norbert Owona

Cameroonian legend,  Samuel Eto’o  has reportedly donated funds to the former captain of the Indomitable Lions,  Norbert Owona  who has been homeless and sick. According to several reports, Owona became very broke, sick and homeless after he lost his family in an accident. He appealed to the government of Cameroon for help but his request was not granted. But thanks to Samuel Eto'o who has come to the aid of the poverty-stricken former captain. He paid him a visit during his recent trip to Cameroon and donated the sum of 500,000FCFA. It was also reported that the UEFA Champions League winner also promised to give him a brand new house. Owona played several years for the Cameroonian national team and represented the Indomitable Lions in two Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournaments.
